Method 1: Join via Steam Join Link
1. On the Control Panel, click Join Game
2. Then in the Steam window, click Join Game
Method 2: Join Via IP and Port
1. In the Conan Exiles server browser, click Direct Connect.
2. Enter you servers IP, Port and password
