¶ Minecraft: How to Ban Players
Banning is a way to get unwanted players off your server. When you ban a player, they won't be able to connect again. You can, however, choose to pardon them later which will be covered in this guide. Here's how you can ban players on your server.
If you are running a command in game, the command must start with /
¶ Steps:
Open the Console tab (You can also run the command in game by pressing / , however, make sure you are an operator).
You can run commands in the input box here:
¶ Ban a Player
Run the command ban playername (Replace playername with the name of the actual player.)
You can also run ban-ip playername to ban any connection from their IP address.

To view the banlist, you can run banlist players

To unban a player, you can run the command pardon playername
To unban an ip, you can run pardon-ip playername
