¶ What to Expect in the Palworld Feybreak Update
At the 2024 Game Awards, Pocket Pair released a new trailer for the biggest update to Palworld since it's released, sporting a new island that is six times bigger than Sakurajima Island from a previous update. While there wasn't a ton of information released, here's what we know so far.

¶ Factions? Story?
Based on what we see in the trailer, we see a new character fighting a new Pal, which might be indicative of some type of story taking place on the new island. We also see him leading a band of what looks to be bandits that are part of some organized group led by him. He then begins fighting a new Pal, which becomes his friend. This will likely be a new boss that we fight towards the end of the update.
¶ New Biomes
There are 3 new biomes shown in the trailer, all of which look fresh and great for the update. There's even a snowy biome just in time for the Christmas release. From the trailer, the biomes look massive, with lots of mountains and hills to explore, as well as new towns and establishments around the map. This is looking like it will be the most feature rich area in Palworld so far.
¶ New Pals
With the release of new biomes, comes the likely release of new Pals. There isn't a number on how many new Pals will be introduced yet, but given the size of the new island and at least 3 confirmed new biomes, we can expect plenty of new Pals to spice up the new island and whatever potential story aspects that will be uncovered.
