¶ What to Expect in the Palworld Sakurajima Update
Since the release of Palworld in early 2024, players have been longing for a big update that will add more content to the already exciting game. The time has finally come, and on June 27, 2024, the biggest Palworld update since the release of the game will come out. This update will contain new Pals, raids and much more. Let's dive into the specifics of what the trailer has revealed.

¶ A New Faction and Boss
In this clip from the trailer we can see some sort of new moon themed boss with a new Pal. This looks like it'll be a very difficult and fun new boss, possibly on the new island being introduced.
¶ A New Stronghold: Oil Rig
A new stronghold for you and your friends to explore and fight in. This looks like a much more unique location than a lot of the other places you can explore, which makes it even more exciting to see.
¶ A New Desert Raid
A new desert raid to challenge with your friends. Or by yourself. Either way it looks like this will be a “hard” one with the new rock types you'll be facing in this raid.
¶ Some New Pals
This update is finally introducing some new Pals to the game. From what we can see in the trailer, it looks like there is a knight themed Pal, a fiery ghost, a treasure chest Pal, a new dragon with huge claws, and some new Sakurajima themed Pals. Cool stuff.
¶ A New Island
Did someone say new island? I heard new island. Yes that's right, a whole entire brand new island to explore. It looks like this island will have a diverse ecosystem will plenty of the new Pals and locations to explore.
