1. Navigate to the Basic Server Settings
2. At the end of the Extra Args box, separating Steam IDs with semicolons, type ServerAdminAccounts=STEAMID;STEAMID
ServerAdminAccounts=STEAMID;STEAMID
3. Press Save Config & Restart Server
