Q: Are the servers 24/7?
A: Yes, our servers run 24/7.
Q: Where are your servers located?
A: We have servers in California (NA-West), Texas (NA-Central), Montreal (NA-East), and Germany (EU).
Q: What hardware do your servers use?
A: Our servers use a mix of AMD Epyc Processors and Intel Xeon processors depending on the region selected.
Q: Your servers say they have 128GB Ram, that can't be. What does this mean?
A: Most of our server plans (except Minecraft) have no cap on the ram. The usage is kept below a certain threshold on each shared machine to ensure all servers have enough ram to run properly. Our machines have a mix of either 128GB Ram or 256 GB Ram. If you feel that there is a performance issue on your server, reach out to our support and we can get you running smoothly.
Q: How do I cancel my server?
A: You can cancel your server in the Billing section of the Control Panel.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: We have a 7 day refund policy, even for renewal fees.
Q: What happens when I upgrade my plan?
A: When you upgrade your plan, the difference in costs for the remaining time in the subscription will be charged to your payment method.
Q: What happens when I downgrade my plan?
A: When you downgrade your plan, you will be refunded the difference in plans for the rest of the subscription period.
Q: Is it possible to switch the game I am hosting?
A: If you renewed your server in the past 7 days, we are happy to issue a refund for it so that you can open a server for your preferred game.
Q: What are your support hours?
A: We don't have set hours for our support staff, but we generally have support that will do their best to respond in 4 hours or less around the clock.
Q: I sent an email requesting support, do you not have a live chat feature?
A: We offer quicker and chat based support in our Discord server for all server and billing related issues.
