¶ How to Run Commands on your Minecraft server
Running commands is a great way to moderate or control your Minecraft server either remotely or in game. Here are the two main ways you can run commands on your Minecraft server.
Make sure that you have become an operator first if you are running the commands in game.
¶ Method 1: Run the Command in the Console
1. Open the Console tab.
2. You can type any command in the box. Keep in mind some commands won't work from the console, such as commands that specify a certain radius around the player.
¶ Method 2: Run the Command in Game
1. Login to the game as an operator.
2. Press ENTER on your keyboard. This will open the chat.
3. Type the command started by a /. This will let the game know you are running a command and not sending a chat message.
